All articles published in the Conference Proceedings belong to their authors. The copyright to the published article belongs to its authors without any restrictions.
The Conference Proceedings are published online with an open access which means that all content is freely available online without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
All papers are a subject of open peer review process (by at least two independent reviewers) and selected by the International Scientific Board.
