Recommendations for the design and content of posters for the in absentia participants

Dear colleagues!

During last week we’ve sent the confirmation letters for all registered participants. The letters contain information about abstracts’ receiving or comments with recommendations to fix.

If you have not received a letter – please check out the folder “Spam” in your mailbox. If the letter aren’t there – please, send us e-mail marked “There’s no confirmation letter” to the email [at] or use the form in “Contact“.

In view of fact that many in absentia participants have had questions about poster’s design, Organizing Committee gives a short list of recommendations.

File Format: PDF, size A1.

The author designs the poster in any style. Just remember that your poster – it’s an advertisiment of your research!

Due to the fact that the in absentia participants will not be able to answer the questions of other participants at the poster session, Organizing Committee recommends necessarily indicate in the poster:

  • contact information of authors
  • the objective of the research
  • brief description of the experimental studies
  • basic results
  • clear images or graphics (if it’s necessary)
  • main conclusions

It will be helpful for clearly understanding of the concept of the research and, if it will be necessary – to contact with authors team for establishing the scientific cooperation.
